I've not seen any other reports of this nature on Ignition. So we can see what's going on here please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging'. Next restart PokerTracker 4 then when it has fully loaded run Ignition. Reproduce the issue and take a screenshot of any relevant all-in hands at the table and then go to 'File > Open User Data Folder' in the menu and open the 'Logs' folder in the window that appears. Compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and attach that to a Support Ticket along with any generated hand history files for the session. If you haven't stopped auto import yet the hands will be in PokerTracker 4\HandHistory\Ignition but after that they'll be moved to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder and you can also access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option in PokerTracker 4.

yea this happened to me twice. One was all in preflop. The other was a river jam. Both times I lost an all in and it never showed up in "todays hands".

The development team are looking into this, but please follow the directions in Flag_Hippo's post to send us your logs - the more data we have the easier it will be to resolve.
Thanks.

I’m having the same issue. When I go all in and lose, that hand doesn’t get recorded by PT4. This is happening for me at 200z.

Also, this is another issue but since those hands aren’t being grabbed by PT4, I tried downloading the HHs but I get the error “invalid limit.”

“Unable to import hand. Reason: Invalid limit ( NL FAST (6 max)) for hand #XXXXX”

Seems like the problem is that it’s not listed as a 200z hand.

I noticed that not only allin hands that I lose don't show, but some other hands that I folded post flop (either flop, turn or river), don't show as well (usually big pots).
In a sample of ~1200 hands played in a day, when I import the hand history from Bodog hand history the next day, I find around 20-30 hands that Ignition Hand Grabber didn't get.
I sent the logs and files from one example that wasn't allin, to help the developers team.

had the same problem in 3 instances. All within a hour of each other, where I'm all in and lose and the hand doesn't show in todays hands.

If you want to be linked to this issue and be notified when a fix is available then please open a Support Ticket.
