import HM/HM2 NOTES

I want to convert hm/hm2 database,
hope pt4 can import players' notes in hm/hm2.

Notes should be transferred from HM when you convert a database using the Setup Assistant (either at first run or if you run it from the Tools menu).

Hey, You should add option to import only notes (also import only cash or import only tournament hands will be nice). I am testing your software and I don't want to import my whole database from HM. I imported only hands from current stakes that I'm playing and for testing that is enough.
