PT4 dont saves nots!!!

PokerTracker doesnt always saves nots.
If i want to save some notes on player i must do it 2 times. First time i write note and press save button but it doesnt save it so i must do it again and that does the trick.
It drives me crazy

Windows 7 pro.
pt4: 4.07.4.
Postgres: 9.0.12.
FTP SNG HU HT.

I haven't seen anyone else reporting that behaviour. Does the window close when you first click the Save button, but when you re-open it the note isn't there? ..but if you repeat the process the note does save the second time?

Notes are often times not saving for me also, it is very annoying I just switched from PT3 to PT4 a few days ago. I click save the notes screen closes I re-open often times I had many notes and when I reopen the note window they are gone. Sometimes they save... This happens while I am playing HU against someone. Otherwise I am really liking pt4, please address this issue.

It seems that this may be related to saving notes after the table window has been closed, although I can't reproduce it yet. Please open a Support Ticket and describe the exact steps you take to see the problem.
