I have a clean install of windows 7 and i'm reimporting my hands but the speed is too low...
i have 4gb ddr3 ram and 500gb sdd
what can i do? :/

It may depend on the type of hands you're importing, and reading the duplicates takes some time as well (but don't count as imported hands), or your custom stats may affect import speed if you have any.
If you
compress the hand history files you imported and attach them to a
Support Ticket we'll investigate for you.

I have custom stats on my HUD ( count this?). I made a new database and tried to import again the hands but start to import around 90h/s but the rate it was slowing down to 30h/s and continues descending as time passes

Are you using the most recent version of PT4 (4.11.11)?

I tried to play and pt4 import some hands but not loading all hands causing the HUD don't appear...
I really need to kwow how can I fix this, took about a week trying...

Zip up a portion of them then and send us that - we need to be able to see if we can reproduce this slowdown before we can figure out what is causing it. We don't have any known slowdown bugs like you describe in 4.11.11.
