pokertracker not working

my PT4 decided not to work today for some reason! i'll start "get hands while playing" and it won't catch my tables in the "view active table" tab. my hud doesnt come up anymore and when i decide to "stop getting hands" it freezes and i have to end task the program, i know this is a little vague, but any ideas on whats happening? im using V4.13.3. thanks
