duplicated hands

Postby wilmots83 » Sun Jul 03, 2016 3:29 pm

Hi, Why PT4 always duplicates a few hands everytime when i start getting hands. I play on ipoker and i set pt4 to move the processed hands into the processed folder, so I really dont know where are these hands came from! A dont play any other site! Please help.

It's possible that your last hand history file isn't being moved if you still have the table open when you stop the import for example.
There should only be duplicates if PT4 is reading the same HH file again, although they won't cause any problems as long as there aren't a huge amount to read each time.
It's also possible that you have a file stuck somehow - if you run 'Get Hands While Playing' with no tables open and then stop it and run it again, do you still get duplicates the second time?

Click Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Microgaming -> Clear Databases Now and let me know if that fixes it for you.
