Stats max 99 (not 100)

I read a topic about setting stats to maximum 99, so only 2 numbers will show in the hud. But I don't know what they talk about... They speak of this kind of things: if(this < 9.5, format(' {1}', format_number(this, 0, 0, 0)), if(this >= 99, 99, format_number(this, 0, 0, 0)))

But I have no clue where to put this info... Can someone help me out with this one?

Select your custom statistic in 'Configure -> Statistics'. On the 'Definition' tab the 'Format Type' needs to be set to 'Expression' and then you can enter that code in the field below. This guide covers the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide goes into more detail.
