Please cancel the subscription to Table Ninja, It was forced on me as a trial and I did not realise it was running. I tried using your website but it is not recognising my email address.
Table Ninja II is clearly marked at purchase time as a special offer that you opt into yourself by selecting either the Standard, Pro or Pro Stars version and you can test the opt-in procedure by visiting the PokerTracker 4 purchase page again. As per you request I have now cancelled your Table Ninja II subscription so you will not be charged again. Finally even though you purchased PokerTracker 4 you have not yet created an account on our website which is why your email address was not recognised so I recommend that you take two minutes to create an account so you will always have quick access to your PokerTracker 4 registration code under My Account -> Registration Codes.
I have cancelled your Table Ninja II subscription and you will not be charged when your current subscription ends on 22nd December 2019. You can continue to use Table Ninja II through this date; however, if you wish to use it beyond this date or at any point in the future then you would need to sign-up for a new Table Ninja II subscription.

Please can my membership be cancelled? I had in on trial but have not registered so cannot cancel myself. It is due to be chargeable in 3 days according to the email recieved today. Thanks
