Please help a newbie :)

Although new to PT4 and software in general been playing poker many years.

I have just played 5 x $5 games to test PT4 to make sure I have the stats I want. I won 1 and lost 4. Yet the graphs sow I have not won any with a -100% ROI. Have I done something wrong?

I have just paid $99 to sign up so want it to be working properly. I am taking the spin and goes very seriously which is why I decided to get PT4.

Please help a friend in need.

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information in the hand history files and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. WPN are planning to add this information to their files in an update to their software later this year and should that happen we can then look at adding support.
