My hud is n t working today both on Pokerstars and 888 I play regular tables and my hud is not working anymore

Same. It displays for one hand then disappears.

Can you both please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I sent the Log file yesterday and I resent it today no one responds to my ticket support. yesterday i didn't play because of the update and I need to play. you have to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi guys,

I got a response to my support ticket. As I suspected it looks like the problem is with the recent 888 update.

Thanks, the 888 trouble is known about and being investigated but I'm not aware that a cause has been found yet. It seems to have something to do with the 888 site's recent software update, it's causing an internal crash in PokerTracker4.

From what another user reported it appears to only involve 888 cash tables, presumably 888 tournaments are not causing the same problem.

Uninstalling/reinstalling 888 does not help nor does downgrading your PokerTracker4 to a past version.

You can check our forums at http://www.pokertracker.com/forums for an update once the trouble has been resolved. If possible you might check with 888 customer support to see if you can downgrade your 888 software to the 888 version used before this newest update, that could be a workaround for the time being.

It was driving me nuts, thought it was my database...

I also have this problem. Can't see the HUD (well, I see it in the first hand and that's it).

For anyone with this issue can you please let us know what country specific skin of 888 you are using. You can also disable the Snap HUD in 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> 888 Poker' in the meantime and that should keep the HUD up on non-Snap tables.
