When I stop pt4 from getting hands while playing to manually put in the info from my tournaments I get this, PokerTracker has detected a large number of hand history files waiting to be imported. These hands have not yet been imported.
Would you like to import them now? When I import them its nothing but duplicates. How do I get rid of duplicate files and why does pt4 keep telling me this?

So we can identify what's causing this issue please
enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a
Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I have the same problem. Every time I close PT4 it shows that message, but I do not want to import any old hands. How do I get rid of it?

If you have old hand history files you do not want to import you can manually move them from your poker sites hand history folder to another location - I suggest your 'Processed' folder:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
Guide: Processed FilesYou can access that folder by selecting then 'File -> Open User Data Folder' menu option.

I also have the same issue. Appears to be a poker tracker bug.
