Hello mmcain,

If Im undertanding you correctly this only happens when you start the client of that specific poker room? Can you isolate on this and detail a bit more when does NC crash? Does it work correctly with other poker rooms then?

Or is it only not showing the NC stats as in the picutre you sent, but only for that poker room and the others work fine?

Please let me know as the two issues are not directly related and I need a bit more info to help you out.

NC stops working as soon as the first hand is completed The HUD continues to record stats but no notes are taken and NC is Disabled. Everygame is the only site NC will not work, ACR and BCP are working fine.

Hello,

To filter out and try to fix the issue on that specific network we will need some Hand Historys to replicate the issue and fix it.

Please open a support ticket in PT4 - Help - Contact support and attach to that ticket a few HHs of the network we filtered out to be the root cause of the issue and the log files, if possible right after one of those crashes/NC not enabling.

You can find the log files in here: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs

As soon as we have those, we can replicate this issue on the same conditions as you and ask devs. to fix it.

I have the same issue on Bet365 (iPoker). It doesn't occur very often while playing, but it occurs every time I close PT4.

I just started a support ticket and attached logs and hand histories.

Sad to hear the issue is back. But lets try to get it fixed then!

If the steps that worked the first time did not make it, then we need to dig further into this.

Please open a support ticket and add to it the log files after the issue happens and a sample of about 10k hands from the pokerroom we have isolated for us to try and replicate this on our end.

Same problem here, I play on ipoker in twister. It happens a lot in HU, I have badges only for HU, and I have an error message when I close PT4 too.

Hello,

Just to try and isolate this.

The issue happens after or during playing live at the ipoker network mostly.

It manifests by closing on its own Notecaddy and giving the error warning.

IF I launch PT4 and exit right after, no error shows up?

I already did this before your post. I don't have 10K hands yet, since I just started on that site.

If I just start PT4 and close it 10 seconds afterwards, the same error occurs.

A couple of weeks ago I was using Holdem Manager 3 with Notecaddy and didn't have these issues on my system

I did try again on my end but got no issues. Using PT4v.4.15.38 NCv.2.9.9019.0.

Cleaning the Notecaddy folder and reinstalling it, using only the "Default definitions" and clearing every other definitions from the definitions folder might help establish where the issue is coming from.
