Can't import hand from FTP

Postby whyme still » Wed Oct 08, 2008 4:46 am

Hi,

I have those two errors message when importinghand from FTP:

1-Full Tilt: Error: Invalid pot size for hand #8341926459 (Hand #8341926459)
2-Full Tilt: Warning: Encountered cancelled hand history. (Hand #8373212636)

I am unable to import any hand since i got those messages. I am using v3.00 build 3 version and I am using vista. I had those kind of problem with other version of pt3. This situation is getting very frustating. When are you going to fix those bug for real and what can I do know to fix that?

Thank you

Please send the hand history files that are causing these errors to us via the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
If you move those HH files out of the HH folder, are you then able to import more hands?

I downloaded latest PT3 version (trial), and it cannot read from Full Tilt saved files....
It gives me only errors (hand history files, and tournament summaries), whereas they seem OK when I open them on Notepad...

What's wrong ? Do I have to do something somewhere ? In Poker Tracker config ? In Full Tilt ?

First: both of you please make sure that Full Tilt is installed in English. PT3 can't understand the hand histories if they are not in English.

Yes, that's correct.

Close Full Tilt.
After you send us the files that are causing the problem, open the hand history folder and move all the old hand history files to a different folder somewhere completely separate.
Then open Full Tilt again and try to import again.
