PTO doesn´t change my regional settings back... Have issued this problem few times, and only way to get them back is to use recovery...
What might cause this problem ?

I wrote about this same issue to old forum a while ago, maybe you allready have answered it, but i haven´t read the forum for a while..

Thanks,

Another finnish user had the same problem, and he gave the answer, how to solve it without recovery.

I guess the problem has something to do with Finnish version of Vista.

Sometimes when closing PTO, the regional settings are restored as they should, and sometimes not.
When settings are not restored, they still usually can be restored by starting PTO again, when the Vista UAC
prompts, click yes, and when PTO prompt asks are you running as an admin, click "let me start over".

That usually restores the settings. If not, the registry values must be changed manually.
