session start time is wrong

Postby Pohly » Sat Jun 13, 2009 5:48 pm

Hallo everyone,

I have noticed that the session start time is wrong. Over 2 hours away from my local time.
Where does PT3 get this from ?? Can I set it somewhere ??

best regards,
Pohly

I think all the timezone errors (the ones we know about anyway) have been fixed for beta 28, so if you're not using that then upgrading will likely fix this for you.
PT3 should import your hands as the local time they were played.

PT3 Build History / Release Notes

Please read the release notes as there have been some significant changes in recent versions.

Could you submit some of the hands importing improperly to a support ticket please?

Did you create a support ticket? What is the number?
What site are you playing at?

You had a reply to that ticket a couple of days ago from one of the development team.
Please reply to it via Support > My Tickets in the Side Navigation bar.

The problems with this at Everest are being investigated now, but they need some information from you.

I wrote on the first time that there was a differenve of 2 hours,
and now I was asked if there is always a difference of 1 hour ??
I replied to that question and will hopefully get an answer someday.
And why was this question not asked when I last replied to that
ticket, only now that I have complained about it not being fixed ??

The development team are very busy and are not able to deal with every issue immediately - they get to things as quickly as they can, but sometimes it takes a while.
You have another reply - the question was not about exactly how many hours difference you have, it was to do with the difference between when daylight savings time is in effect and when it's not. Let's deal with this via your ticket - there is no point discussing it in two places.
