Postby golfmyball » Wed Oct 15, 2008 5:42 pm

After downloading 3/19 today 10/15/08 I was warned my trial version would expire.

I am a fully paid user . What's going on????

Make sure, if you are running on Vista, that you have the PT3 icon's preferences configured to run as admin.

Try disabling your firewall temporarily while you re-enter your code.

I have exactly the same problem too after installing beta 19 update , it says i'm using a trial version which i'm not. When I enter my product code I get the message "PokerTracker was not able to verify your registration" then "invalid registration code"but I used the code shown on my account page. I have Vista and use Norton. I switched off my firewall and retried but got the same message.

Hmm, I'll make sure someone takes a look at this thread again, but in the meantime, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
