Does this happen right away, or does it read the files first? Does the status section indicate how many files it found?

Close FullTilt and PT2.
Open PT2 and the Full-Tilt auto-import window.
Click the View Log link. When it opens the log file, hit CTRL-A to highlight all the text and then hit delete to clear the entire file. Then do a File > Save and close the window.
Now, hit the Force Import button. Does it give the same error? If so, (you may need to reopen PT) click the View Log link and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

OK, do me a favor and ZIP the contents of the C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory folder and use the online support system to send me the file...use this link...
http://www.pokertracker.com/support/?cat_id=4

After that, click the Hand History Folder Location button on the FT auto-import window and change it to

C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\[your user name]

and then try importing again to see if you get the same error, if not, the problem is with some other files it's finding in the other folders under C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory.

IS ANYONE ELSE USING THE NEW PATCH SUCCESSFULLY?
