HUD problems Boss Media

Some tables simply dont have a HUD and others do... Winnings are caltulated propelryy, so the hands are being imported, but HUD is simply missing on some of the tables

Are they a certain type of table that is regularly missing the stats?

What version of PT3 are you currently using?

Random tables are missing HUD, but I've noticed that all of them are 5max and 6max tables, FR tables all have the HUD

I have the same prob.. only max 5 and 6 tables.. think its since last BM patch.. not sure since i aslo activated the Omaha trail around the same time.

Please try upgrading to our latest beta version - 3.07.1, available on our download page as that may well help fix these problems.

I'm not going to upgrade to beta version because it fcks up my database so that nothing works. Already had it and had to put the 16april relesase back on.

Anyhow, I think I know what the problem is. HUD is not displayed on the tables that have been renamed by the Boss media. From exp. Table TH 3455 to just "1456" ... Dont know why they renamed the tables, but its obvius that all of them are disabling HUD

Please attach some hand histories from one of these tournaments to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you.

It seems it is not the first time you hear about the issue Krada, this is the same problem as mine....

I have upgraded to the latest version and the problem still remains.

Please report the problem as I requested. I just double checked and we do not have an open bug for this problem; we will need the report in order to open a bug.
