HUD stopped working with new Pokerstars update

Hi,

I have been using PT3 for about 2 months, with the HUD working fine. Today it suddenly stopped working...its displaying nothing at all. Hands are being imported correctly into the database. As far as I know, the only thing that has changed since it last worked a few days ago is a new Pokerstars update that was downloaded today.

Any suggestions for things to look at to solve this?

same problem here, although I've only started playing at Pokerstars yesterday, so never saw this working.
First tried with v3.00 build5, and it seemed to display HUD over the *replay* table instead of the real one,
then upgraded to v3.06.2 and now don't seem to see any HUD at all, not even on the replay table...

correction: don't know what changed, but re-starting PT3 v3.06.2 now suddenly displays the HUD on PokerStars table just fine!

I'm glad to hear things are working for you again - hotdiggy, are you still having this problem after restarting?

hi kraada, it seems to be hit or miss. i've been on and off several times. Seems like maybe it starts scrambled up, but then evens out....just a little inconsistent...different than it has always been.

Then please try upgrading to 3.07.1 and see if that helps - if it doesn't, please start PT3 with the logging enabled link and the next time you have HUD problems report them so that we can investigate further for you.

I put up a post about this in the General forum (wrong one, I know - my bad, sorry heh). At least for me the problem seems to be limited to the 100-250bb tables. It looks like they've changed the way those tables are named and it's confusing the HUD.

I think it is the same with the 40-100 tables

I think the "ok" added in the tables' name is to blame.

For example, Celuta II (ok, 40-100bb, fast, 6max) compared to Freda (40-100bb, fast, 6max).
