pt4 seems to register a -100% roi regardless of results in these

how do I do that, or where can I learn to do that? I seem to have the same problem with ongame mtt's. Yesterday I finished 3rd in som 10 dollar mtt but that didn't register either

The hand history files will be in the "Processed" folder by default, which you can access from the File menu > Open User Data Folder.
Click here - Support Ticket - to send them to us. If you want to send multiple files you will probably find it easier to compress them so you can upload them in one go.
