PT4 don't start

pokertracker it does not work more. when launch the program appears for some seconds the banner and then disappear. I use windows Vista. any ideas?

now I have uninstall and reinstall but it does not work. till yesterday all good worked and I have not changed nothing in my PC
pt3 it works well

Do you have dual monitor? Mine dissipeared once even tho it was running, wasn't on my monitor.

Is PokerTracker4.exe showing in Task Manager?
It could be off-screen if you disconnected a second monitor as pt4pt4pt4 suggests - in that case set it to be active in Task Manager and press alt-space then use the cursor keys to move it back onto the main screen.

Otherwise, please let it run for 15 minutes or so and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file (from the folder C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.

i don't use addictional monitors and pt4.ex don't appears in the task manager. now i send you the log file but i see (clicking on properties) that the last modification laughed them to the past night when all it worked correctly
