new patch shows cap games

Postby reddog133 » Sun May 11, 2008 5:26 pm

Hi I downloaded the new PLO patch and it now has cap games shown. Prior to this update I removed all 6 max, hu, etc into just one 20 hi, 50 hi etc. Now this cap doesnt group is there a way to group this new cap section all into cap(all my prior cap hands) or just put it into the normal 20 hi etc. thanks

If you want to change it to another level then you'll have to go to Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options, Misc. tab and change the level there, but you will have to do that every time you play a Cap session. People have been asking for Cap games to be put in their own game level for a long time so now they are going to be. In a future version I might be able to give you the option to not create a separate level for Cap games.

I have been going to database maintance every session.......but is it possible for my old cap hands to now be put into that cap category? Right now all my old hands are still in 20, 50 ,100. I like the cap category but how do i get the older hands pre-patch into the cap?

If you have a mix of cap and non-cap games in one game level then the only way to change that is to purge and re-import those cap sessions.

Export the hands you need to re-import using Utilities > Export Hand Histories to File..., then purge the the same sessions using Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options, Advanced Purge... button, then reimport the hands from the folder you exported then to using File > Auto-import > Generic Setup.
