Imported hands not shown

Hello,

I got a new laptop and got Pokerstars and pokertracker 4 installed.Everything works fine. HUD, hands are imported, ..... only one thing is not working. The hands don't show in my PT4 however he does import them.

Where is my problem cause on my other PC it all works fine and I use PT for a very long time now and can't figure it out.

Do you have a filter set? Are you running our latest version (4.09.1)? Have you selected the proper player in the sidebar?

Do you have a filter set? No filters set!

Are you running our latest version (4.09.1)? Latest version running!

Have you selected the proper player in the sidebar? Don't know what you mean :)

Rufidd try clicking "remove all filters and return to root", the green words!

Then I don't know. What I do know is that i used to have this problem a few years ago and got fixed but I can't find it. I keep looking

Right click anywhere in that empty white box and click Configure Report and then click Restore to Default and that should fix things for you.
