Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk

Hello forum i would like to ask help for a bug that im getting while trying to import hands from pokerstars
the bug i get is : "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk" on the import configuration menu.
Also the HUD is not starting when i play real money tables :(
any help ?

Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide which explains how to set things up correctly.

I have done everything the configuration guide tells me to do and I still get the same message...
When I click the Auto Detect button nothing really happens, and when I add the directory where my hands are being stored manually, I get the same message.

If the directory is set up properly this warning can be safely ignored. It will continue to show as PT4 could not detect the directories automatically but import should work regardless.

I have same problem with live stats when I play on pokerstars, import hand its running, but i dont see it live in game (no stats) no HUD...
can you help me?

Please refer to this guide to make sure everything is setup correctly and if you need any further assistance restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with your log file. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder:
