set a maximum number of hand on HUD

If we disable the cache pt4 stop to run well, so because the selection of a max number of hand is very important to make a good review and otherwise I've hand too old on some oppo' hud.
Ad upgrade to solve this problem imho is necessary

At this point the only option we have is the Last X Hands option which, as you can tell, disables the cache. I do not expect to see this functionality change.
