I have adjusted the date . I've tried to restart the computer , but I can not open properly PT4, displays the same error. After I put the PT4 delete and re-install , but also show the same error , can not open PT4. Request help, thank you !

If you've rebooted then PT4 can't be running. Search your computer for a file called PokerTracker.pid and delete it and that should let you run PT4 again.

If you can't find that file with a search and you still can't start PT4 please open a Support Ticket with a link to this thread and one of our support techs will work with you directly to get things sorted out.

HM2 can not be displayed properly because ZOOM data in the computer's XP operating system, but PT4 can display ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
