Big problems with poker tracker 4

hi everybody

i just bought poker tracker 4 and i have big problems with it and with all respect he started to make me angry.

after i installed it i try to import all the files from my old holdem manager 1 and he create alot of files on my poker hard disk

the update of database didnt full update he blocked after started to import 1 million hands

other problem very annoyng is this:

POKER TRACKER CANT BE CLOSED AFTER I PUSH THE BUTTON WITH IMPORT LIVE HANDS DURING MY SESSION ONLY WITH CTRL ALT DEL from task manager

please help me to make it work

also as i see he give me an error with my postsql data base because he didnt like 9.2 version or newer

holdem manager works with this version since last year in january i didnt change it since then and had no problems but poker tracker wants older

how comes that?

First question: Are you using the latest version of PT4 (4.10.9)?

PostgreSQL 9.1 and newer are not currently supported. We are working towards supporting them but I don't have a timeline for that support at this point. That is why we recommend 9.0 and warn you about it when we detect newer versions.

Regarding the import, how long did you wait? There are certain situations where if you let PT4 run for several minutes it will complete even if it appears to be frozen.

started to piss me off very hard this program

instead of playing i stay like a stupid (maybe i am) watching the computer

i removed my old database and postsql and all programs and still this doesnt work

what can i do?

can someone help me with team viewer please?

It would help significantly if you answered my questions. You do need PostgreSQL installed for PokerTracker to work. Do you have PostgreSQL 9.0 installed now or not?

yes sir i have it installed

i delete entire data base and uninstalled 9.02 and install this from here

i installed after poker tracker and because of taking to much i decide to clean my entire hard and delete all hands

i configure the poker tracker with assistant and still hud doesnt update on pokerstars

That's implying that you don't have hand histories set to save in PokerStars or they aren't saved in a location PT4 is aware of.

In PokerStars go to Options -> Instant Hand History Options and make sure "Save My Hand History" is checked and the language is set to English. Keep that window open so you can see the directory there.

Open PT4 and go to Configure -> Sites & Import Options and choose PokerStars on the left. You need the hand history directory in that window to show the folder from PokerStars -- if you don't see it, and if clicking Auto Detect doesn't bring it up you need to click Add and manually select that folder. Once you do that things will work properly.
