after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

Hi,
After today's update PT4 to version 4.11 and update database PT4 doesn't work.

do not import hands and HUD is not appearing on the tables
when I try to stop getting hands PT4 is freezing on forever..

Did you let the database update complete and did it complete successfully without any errors? What version of PT4 did you update from?

yes, everything updated successfully. My previous version was 4.10.9


edit. yesterday I did purge old hands in my database, maybe could have any impact?

hi same problem here. When I start import I can see under import status that he loads the HH file but he didnt import any Hands and i can see in the task manager that one postgres.exe is using 17 % CPU and 800mb ram.

same here,thought it was my mistake somehow.
Database update worked,then it didnt import hands-from ftp rush-,then when I click 'stop getting hands' pt4 freezes and I have to close it manually.

Anybody with these kinds of problems, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. You can open the folder first before starting import.

Post your ticket numbers here after sending in your logs and it will be a big help for us in figuring out what is causing this behavior for you.

Xys66 you should have a reply now with a solution. It looks like in his case his cache needed rebuilding. This shouldn't be a general problem as the update should rebuild your cache but anybody with a smaller database who is also experiencing problems may want to try this preemptively (it won't hurt). To rebuild your cache go to Database -> Database Management -> Housekeeping -> Rebuild Cache. It can take a decent amount of time as your database gets larger, but it may get everything working properly for you.

ollalla: I just took a look at your log. You definitely need it as well; your caches are not complete.
