You can see exactly what every stat in PT4 means, and how it is calculated, by going to Configure > Statistics. Select cash or tournament as appropriate; Player > Statistics.
Type [part of] the name in the Search field to find stats quickly.

Fold to T Probe Bet =

Percentage of the time that a player folded to a bet on the turn before he could act after having a chance to continuation bet on the flop and checking instead.

Formula: Number of Times Player Folded to a Probe Bet on the Turn / Number of Times Player Could Fold to a Probe Bet on the Turn


Fold to F Float Bet =

Percentage of the time that a player as preflop aggressor folded to a bet when another player bet in position after the preflop aggressor had a chance to continuation bet but did not do so in a singly raised pot.

Formula: Number of Times Player Folded to a Float Bet on the Flop / Number of Times Player Could Fold to a Float Bet on the Flop
