How big is the database? For PostgreSQL to work efficiently it needs to have at least as much free disk space as the size of the database. Are you able to free up any disk space outside PostgreSQL?

I use 138 gb my postgresql. I migrated from HM2 to PT4. I can not delete anything from my actual 225gb SSD. I have only windows, PT4, HM2, rooms and scripts on this computer.

Buy hands of 5 rooms from NL400 to NL2000, always keep the last two months and I'm purging hands (but I don't know if really delete tha old hands)

I believe that PostgreSQL will need as much free space as the size of the database as some operations require making a copy of the database temporarily.
Do you have another hard disk in this computer?

Change the location of your TEMP folder to your spare drive as explained here, then the temp space needed for the backup will go wherever you put it. That should give you enough space for the backup to complete. Once the backup is done you can uninstall PostgreSQL and install it elsewhere (and while you're at it, install 9.3.5) -- the backup is much smaller than the database itself -- and restore once you have it in a place that has enough space.
