Jackpot SNG not supported (party)

Hi,

Party and its skins (PMU,Bwin) have just launched "Jaqkpot SNGs" (their version of Spin & Go) in France, and it does not seem to be supported by PT4.

They are detected as cash game instead of tournaments, and no HUD is working (even cash game ones).

Could you add support as soon as possible (I can send a screenshot and hand history files) ?

Hi,

After the new version of PT4, for me, JAQKPOT on partypoker.fr (PMU), the tables are detected as tournament now but no hud is working for me.

Can you help me ?

Yes, and the huds works for others format.
For you, it works for Jaqkpot ?

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play one of these tournaments and take a screenshot of the table and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the tournament and the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu).
