Database Crashes On PartyPoker Tournaments

Postby sutiplay » Mon Dec 18, 2017 3:20 pm

Hi,

All time I play any tournament at partypoker database crashes:

08:18:18 pm: Error: partypoker: Unable to import hand (#16772213466). Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: division by zero CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function update_tourney_custom_cache() line 9 at FOR over SELECT rows )

I have tried every thing I am completely desperate. Also I tried with the latest PT4 update.

Help me please!

Party have made a change to their tournament hand histories which has caused this issue and it will be resolved in the next official release. If you want to be automatically notified when that's available and/or have access to an alpha version so you can test the fix then please open a Support Ticket.
