Problem with premium content

Hello, today i realised that i didnt see any of premium content which i had before, I have enable : automatically download updates and download premium contents. i tried to restart PT4 twice, and it doesnt help. And i should have it normally and problem is with my PT4. what should i do ? please help. Today i changed something in PT4 notes i mean in tools-->notetracker i purge all automatically notes and changed there dates etc. but i dont think that this is the problem of not importing and deleting all of my premium contents.

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
