Problem with downloading hand from ignition

Postby stoneawsome » Tue Dec 25, 2018 11:25 pm

So I played a hand where one player was all in on the flop, another player all in on the turn, I had a set, the first all in player had one pair, and the second all in player had a straight draw, the player with the straight draw made a straight on the river. The next day when I downloaded my hands into PT4, it showed my all in ev on that hand to be -50 or whatever I lost on the hand, and didn't calculate what it actually was. First time ive had something like this happen, but its also a somewhat uncommon occurrence so I may have just not checked for something like this before. Is there a way to redownload the hand or to change the all in EV of the hand in pt4?

In a hand like that where there was further action on another street after an all-in then PokerTracker 4 does not calculate adjusted equity as it introduces a bias in the results therefore your net adjusted result matches the actual result (so that the net adjusted graph follows your actual results - it only diverges when all-in equity is calculated).

There isn't a way to change that.
