Can not connect to database

Hi guys,

i have the problem, that i cant connect to the database, after trying to log in. Can someone help me please?

Is this a new install or was everything working OK until now? If you have tried Holdem Manger in the past try the password 'postgrespass'. If that doesn't help click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc 

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it?

It is a new install, postgrespass isnt working, i tried that one already.

I see postgresql server 9.2 in the list and it seems, that it is indeed already started

If PostgreSQL is running please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your 'PokerTracker4.log' file to us in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then see this guide.

I do not have any logs in the folder =/

Then you probably didn't start PokerTracker 4 with the 'Logging Enabled' option on your Windows Start Menu. Click your Windows Start button then type 'PokerTracker 4' and you should see the 'PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled) option show in the menu.

Okay I sent the log to the support, hope they can find a solution. trial is already going for 6 days now =(

Just reply back in your support ticket when PokerTracker 4 is running and we can renew your trial.
