Good day, I purchased updates from small stacks to full, but after that, the statistics did not start showing at the limits of 25+ , and in the spin and go tournaments, the statistics go to me and the opponents always have one hand. And when I stay in heads up, I start showing only the preflop stats of my opponents and the postflop doesn't show them...Help please)

In PokerTracker 4 click "Database -> Database Management", click your database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". This may take some time if you have a large database so schedule accordingly make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running or you will need to run it again from the start. Once the cache rebuild is complete that should resolve the issue.
