A bounty SnG question

Postby nprodromidis » Fri Apr 17, 2020 10:25 am

The following variables :
My C ICM Eq Start , My C ICM Eq END , ICM Eq EV

Do they take into account Bounties as well?
I realized that as far Heads-UP is concerned these variables have the Bounties incorporated into their calculations( The overall BB in play effectively worth 2 bounties).
But for all other spots (3handed-6handed) i am not exactly sure how bounties are incorporated in the P4 equations.

Bounties are not considered in those calculations at this time.

Does that also mean that bounties for 3handed+ spots are also NOT calculated in the Net Expected BB won or the My C net adjusted ($) as well?

Bounties are not part of a players stack so that wouldn't affect any 'BB' statistics and the Independent Chip Model (ICM) is based on each chip having a fixed monetary value and bounty tournaments do not fit this model.
