Error: Unable to begin feeder import process

I just formatted my pc and and restored a backup, it said that there was an error durting the restore. Now when i try to use get hands while playing i get the error message ; Error: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.


also took an attachment of the screenshot.

I tried using these instructions:

but wasnt able to download the files in spot number 5.

I also get these when i launch pt4:

when i do the database restore the processed hands takes long and looks like in the picture, is it normal that it goes on like that? I didnt restore the processed hands first because i thought that its not necessary and I would try the restore without it. Could that be the reason for the error? Now I am restoring the processed hands again in the backround while writing this and was just wondering if its malfunctioning or if its working as it should.

Those instructions are from 2009 for PokerTracker 3 so they aren't relevant here. Database updates in PokerTracker 4 are automated.

I also get these when i launch pt4:

In PokerTracker 4 select 'Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Preferences' and make sure the 'Databases' boxes both have 'Current Active Database' in them. You are also using ProPokerHUDs content so please refer to this post.
