Pokerstars not working at PT4

Hello, im trying to use PT4 for PS, and PS.es.. but all it does is observe the table, I did all the steps in Setup Assistant, but still nothing. Can you help me?

We have a guide for getting things setup with PokerTracker 4 here:

Please make sure that the option to 'Save My Hand History' is turned on (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and that PokerTracker 4 is configured to import from that folder (via Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars).
