Get hands while playing (888 poker in Spain & Portugal)

Hi,

my PT4 isn't getting hands nor displaying HUD on the recently opened 888poker segregated market (Spain + Portugal). Will it require a PT4 update by you or is it just bad configuration?

As far as I am aware all country specific 888 skins use the same software:

888 Configuration Guide

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so be sure when installing 888 that you choose 'English' if offered the option and that the language setting in the 888 client is also set to English. If it still doesn't work please report this to us in a Support Ticket with a log file, screenshot of the table(s) and a sample of hand history files:

Thanks. Haven't played in 888 for some years and just found on your configuration links reference to the fact that the HUD cannot be displayed at SNAP Poker cash games. Can you confirm this is still in place? Even if this is the case, does PT4 still tracks the hands?

Yes that is still the case. Hands should still import however 888 do not allow a HUD to be displayed on Snap tables.
