Goldbet hand import problem

Hello,

I`ve been playing on Goldwins poker Adventure for quite some time and my hands were getting imported ncely, same as the HUD, it all worked just fine. Just recently Goldwin changed their network and is now called GoldBet poker. Now my cash game hands do not get imported, however tournament hands do just fine. I would attach the HH but I think your all familiar with this problem already. I assume that the hands are getting saved in the play money format. Is there any information avaliable for this problem?

From a quick web search it looks as if GoldBet joined the MicroGaming network so please check the MicroGaming Configuration Guide to make sure you have things set up correctly. Make sure that you have the software installed in English.

If the hands still won't import please compress the GameHistory.dat file (which contains your hands histories, and should be in a folder like "c:\Microgaming\Poker\GoldBet" if I'm right) and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can check it out.

Yeah i thought that at first aswell, but my program tracks it as Revolution, and the client looks cake-alike aswell. God help me!

Another info: When PT4 attempts to import HHs it gives out an error that play money hands are not supported. Just to clarify all the hands are from real money games.

Update: Goldwin / GoldBet appears to be on the League Network, which is a network we do not support.
