Hello - I play at ultimate bet and they just performed a major update, and PA hud is no longer recognizing tables... Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem -Thanks -J

Please make sure that UB is still configured correctly after the update - updates sometimes reset configuration.
i.e. as I understand it you need to stop UB writing it's own hand histories.

If you still can't get it to work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

This is the result of the Cereus merging. HUD, nor pokertracker works to grab hands.

+1. Ultimatehistory no longer recognizes the table either, which means no datamining UB. Poor Poor DJFL. :(

UB is now 9 handed instead of 10. This will cause a few problems.

I can't get Poker Tracker or HUD to work with the new UB software either.

If someone can give me a step by step in real small words on how to fix this if possible it would be greatly appreciated.


I only play 6 max omaha.

Ah, if they've launched completely new software then neither PT or PAH will be able to read it so you will have to wait for a patch for each.

Ok Thanks - that's what I figured... how long does a patch like that typically take to be released? Thanks -J

I'm really not sure but I've made the devs aware of the issue.
