error...i dont know what to do

Hi.

I registered my pt today and i dont get it to run. i am using vista and i run all poker programs as administrator.
when i try to import my hands from full tilt, it always comes this error (Error getting the seating information for game #...)

It would be nice if anybody could help me.

From the FT lobby window select Options > Hand History from the menu.

On the hand history window, make sure that "English" is selected from the dropdown list in the "Hand History Language Selection" field.
