Database Error When Importing

I have been getting this error repeatedly:

I tried repairing the database, which temporarily fixes the problem but it still comes back eventually. So I converted the database to postgreSQL and I immediately got this error in my first session since the conversion. My database has 350k+ hands in it, but i thought postgreSQL would alleviate the problems caused by the large size. What should I do?

That's still an Access error, if you converted to PostgreSQL then you missed one or more of steps 3-5 in the "After PostgreSQL is installed" section here... http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... InstallSQL

Ok I did indeed miss those steps, but I went back and completed them and now I get this error while trying to import:

What name and email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of the name/email used for this site.

I don't know how you would be getting these errors, especially if you converted a large database, the game_id field is only 17 and it should be much larger than that if you had an Access db that was 2gb. Try converting the same Access db again, give it a different PostgreSQL name when prompted and then do the same steps 3-5 after it converts. Make sure it tells you the conversion was successful in that status section of that window.

OK I tried converting it again and went through all of the steps and it said that it converted the db successfully but I still immediately get the same error message when trying to import. Is there anything I can do?

Use the Utilities > PostgreSQL Database Functions window to backup the new PostgreSQL database. Let me know the size of the .backup file that gets created.

I hit backup and then I name the .backup file and then I get the "are you sure you want to backup the database" message and I click yes. Then I get a window that says "Select location of 'pg_dump.exe' file". What am I supposed to do with this window?
