Please help

My poker tracker 2 reads the files but cannot import it says: File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from. I would like to get it working again and keep tracker 2. Also I have been trying poker tracker 3 in trial mode, which imports the hands with no problem, but when i imported the hands that were from poker tracker 2, they went in but the results do not show. (The amout, what place i finished, amount won, nothing. So I own tracker 2 and cant use it and i would love to upgrade to poker tracker 3 but am caught in this situation. Please help me resolve.
