PT is importing the files but don't import the hands.

failure:

"Import Finished - 2 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

Hand Hitory folder Location:

"D:\Documents and Settings\Fredrik Skjeltorp\Local Settings\Application Data\Boss Media\Program Files\Redbet Poker\history"


started PT now and it didn't work, haven't touched a thing since the day before yesterday when I used it last. Any tips?

Use the online support system ( https://www.pokertracker.com/support/?cat_id=4 ) to create a support ticket and attach a couple of the hand history files and I'll try to see what the issue is. It's a holiday weekend and I'm out of town, it's going to be a while before I have a chance to look into the issue.

Have the same problem with Boss and looked in the files "session*.xml" and "history*.xml".
The difference seems to be that the old files (until Nov25th) had "HISTORY ID"s with 10 digits like
HISTORY ID="1884930555"
and the new files (since today Nov26th) have "HISTORY ID"s with 17 digits like
HISTORY ID="50000001826587999".

I'm sorry I don't know how this works. How can I find the answer to this question?
