"Unable to get the game date(2)..."

Hi.

Just started playing PLO again but cant get the PTO to work.

I keep getting this error: "Unable to get the game date(2)..." when Im trying to import hands.

Using defalt HH location: C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\Hand Histories

What am I doing wrong?

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.03 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

Did you install the patch after downloading it? If so, run the program and tell me what the version number is at the top of the screen.

My pokertracker version is v3.00 beta 26

That's a PT3 version number, not PT Omaha. Please create a new topic in the PT3 support forum to ask about problems with PT3.

Make sure you are letting PTO change your regional settings - look on the menu at Utilities > Regional Settings...

If that doesn't help what is the exact error you are getting?

The error message I get is.

Unable to get the game date (2) for game #1540845723...(UK): 07/04/2009 20:57

(its only with william hill i have the problem)
