is it possible to setup hud to work this way? for example i want to count 3bet separately when we are 15bb deep and when we are 50bb deep

There isn't a default property for that kind of thing at this point in time. What you could do though is build custom statistics for each stat for each stack size interval you are looking for and use those.

The starting stack is stored in the database field:

cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_before

To calculate that in BB divide by:

cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_before
