PT4 slowed/not responding

Everything worked perfect last week/imports were fast etc

When i open PT4 now and start import it takes 2mins per hand! If i click stop getting hands it says (not responding). HUD will not load. I also get a lot of popups says database is running slowly and to do housekeeping (which i have done multiple times).

Any advice on how to fix this problem? right now i can't use PT4 for anything.

There might be an issue with the database so try a new one:

If you need any further assistance then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.

Thanks, backing up DB, creating new and re-importing seems to have worked! Although when import reached 70k hands it seemed to crash with (not responding) waited 10mins before restarting PT4. After importing again duplicates went upto 140k hands so i guess it was still doing stuff in the background.
