Pre-Order

Postby paradigm24 » Wed Jul 11, 2012 2:12 pm

Is the $99 pre-order price the upgrade price?

*Disregard, just read the announcement. And 70% discount is very reasonable so thank you

A few follow ups that fit well here though...

When will we see that the discount is applied? I am always wary of putting in all my payment info before I see the final price. Not that I don't trust the PT guys, but there is nothing indicating that I will be able to cancel after putting in all my info in case I don't want to continue at that time for whatever reason.

Is this really a 70% discount (and not a misworded 30%)? i.e. For the full Holdem version at $100 would we actually be paying $30

Edit: Nevermind this one, I didn't read close enough. Is there an upgrade path though?
If my PT3 license was below the full version (micro, small, lower, whatever it was called), do I get the discount on the full PT4 version or must I get the small stakes version?

You'll see the discount applied before you make the final purchase of course! We wouldn't want you to not know how much you are paying :)

The upgrade discount is on the equivalent version, which can then be upgraded. You'll still be getting quite a discount.

I know, kraada, but what I mean is that you get to the page that wants all your payment info and the full price is still listed.

I've been informed that it was a small display bug and has since been fixed - take a look again and you should see the discount displaying as soon as you click "Buy Now" on any of the options before you click CHECKOUT.

Will you be adding Moneybookers (Skrill) as an payment option? I remember paying PT3 through MB.

It looks like I have paid $99 instead of $30. Have told support.

There seems to have been an error in the purchasing initially which has now been addressed.
Anyone who paid full price when they should have had a discount please open a Support Ticket and we'll get things sorted out for you as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.
